So this past weekend Gary and Dianne came for a visit with the kids.  Carol made Gary’s favourite supper and I can’t say I was complaining (Roast Beef with all the trimmings).  Boy it sure was nice to see them, and the kids sure have grown.  Eric must be damn near my height and I’d love to go see one of his games before the hockey season’s through.

So as you an imagine, me and Gar slipped out for a little fishing.  Gar sure caught a big ol’ salmon and we all enjoyed it BBQ that night.  Boy was I proud, and if I was a little less proud I probably would have cried.

Anyhow, the visit was to short in my opinion, but it sure was good seeing those folks.  I’ll keep you posted if things change but for now, fishing is what I’m all about.
